Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled PowerBI Data Engineer to provide critical business intelligence reports for our business leaders. This role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams to deliver insightful data for decision-making and reporting. The position supports our US-based partner, a leading platform connecting vehicle owners with service shops across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to define metrics, reports, and tracking mechanisms.
• Design and optimize new and existing data models and schemas.
• Translate business requirements into data solutions, providing end-to-end automated solutions.
• Standardize business and product metrics in curated datasets, developing data dictionaries and documentation.
• Empower non-technical partners to self-serve by building user-friendly tools.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and document key customer information for future reference.
• Create Knowledge Base articles to enhance self-help resources.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence roles within high-growth startups.
• 5+ years of voice calling experience in customer support or business intelligence.
• 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in PowerBI is a bonus.
• Experience working in US time zones.
• Ability to independently solve business data problems for customers.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Capability to train others on customer products and processes.
