Job Description:

As a PHP Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and back-end services. You will collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our systems run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications and websites.
• Work with database technologies like MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL to store and retrieve data.
• Build reusable, testable, and efficient PHP code.
• Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
• Ensure high-performance and availability, and manage all aspects of the database.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
